Serene Ong

Founder, Principal Consultant

Serene Ong has more than 20 years of pioneering track record in MNCs firm in set-up and managing of new business process value chain system. She had extensive hands-on experience in business operations costs management, business value chain process optimization, process new design and redesign, productivity solutions validation and adoption in Food Manufacturing, Food Services, Retail, Wholesale Industry, etc.

She had helped more than 100 public listed, heritage brand and SMEs in achieving costs effective and process optimum business operations. Her key clients from Generation 2 to Generation 4 with at least 30 years business track records.

She is the scholarship award holder under the Spring Singapore Advance Management Program. She graduated with Master of Science from Singapore University of Social Science and The Institute of Engineers, Singapore (IES).

She possesses a passion for business sustainability, green technology and innovation. Her significance achievement spearheaded Singapore’s first ever Food Sustainability Development Program by Spring Singapore, SMF, SEC and SIMTech (A*Star) in year 2009.

She had been an adjunct lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic Asian Culinary Institution for more than 10 years and currently an Industry Mentor at National Technology University.

Ryan Zhao had more than 30 years track record in MNCs Food industry as production management of bakery, beverage and ready-to-eat manufacturing plant inclusive overseeing production operations, new process line set-up and implementation, material planning, production planning, manpower planning and quality control.

Ryan Zhao graduated with Degree in Economic Law from Beijing University, Diploma in Food process and machineries from Beijing Food Industry Poly School, and Diploma in Business Management from Singapore Institute of Management.

He had more than 10 years success track record in providing productivity improvement solutions with implementation to public listed, heritage brand and SMEs.

AJ Deen had accomplished professional with over 20 years of progressive and diverse experience incorporating and managing companies oriented to financial, administrative, and operational management with emphasis on resources optimization in different countries.

AJ Deen graduated with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. His other professional certification in Food Safety Level 3 and ESG-Ready Level 1 Certification.

He is an active grassroots leader and Chairperson of INDIAN ACTIVITY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (IAEC), Jurong Central since year 2023 and Deputy Chairperson of MUSLIM WELFARE ASSOCIATION OF SINGAPORE since year 2022. He is MUIS – Perkasa Award in year 2022.

He had more than 5 years consultancy track record in conducting on site pre-inspection, process gap mapping and provide productivity improvement solutions recommendations with action plans.
