Ms. Serene Ong (CMC, PMC), the Founder and Principal Consultant of LoveJoy Consultancy Services Pte Ltd is known to see the big picture while being detail-oriented, adept at multi-tasking, analyzing and anticipating problems, thereafter providing optimal solutions.

Ms. Serene Ong graduated with an Executive Master’s Degree in Technology Entrepreneurship from Singapore University of Social Sciences and The Institute of Engineers, Singapore (IES). Her other professional qualifications including Certified Management Consultant by Institute Management of Consultant (Singapore), Certified Productivity Consultant (Specialization in Retail & Food Service) by Japan Productivity Centre-Singapore Productivity Centre, Certified Practicing Management Consultant from Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council (Enterprise Singapore-recognized certification), etc.

She is bilingual in both English and Chinese. She possesses a passion for sustainability, technology and innovation. Despite her heavy schedule, she set aside time to serve and pilot chair community project work serving the underprivilege youth since 2018. She is appointed as board member and office bearer of Voluntary Welfare Organization and School Advisory Committee member. She is also an adjunct trainer at NYP since 2013.
